About CARD - Zambia
The Center for Action Reflection and Development (CARD-Zambia) was established in April 2019 with passion and community support to work together with the Zambian people in responding to socio-economic challenges in Zambia and beyond.
Our Founding Story
Our Founder and CEO lived in rural and peri-urban areas and learned about the challenges girls and women face in underserved communities at the very young age of 9 while growing up. She developed a passion for helping and realized that she needed to do something to change the experience of children, youth, women and vulnerable populations living in underserved communities of Zambia and beyond.
